Our Story

John Finnin started with a simple frustration: trucker hats all looked and felt the same — flimsy brims, flat designs, nothing built to last.

So we built the hat we couldn’t find. High crown. A reinforced hard brim that holds its shape. And instead of embroidery, we use DTF prints — more versatile, more detail and color, and they tell a better story than an embroidery patch ever could.

Our hats are lightweight and easy to wear — you’ll forget you have one on.

And we learned something buying hats for ourselves: they used to arrive crushed in bulk packaging. We weren’t going to do that to our customers. Every John Finnin hat ships in a sturdy box so it arrives with its shape exactly the way it should be. That’s something we’re proud of.

From our warehouse on Long Island, New York, every order is packed by hand and shipped fast — over a thousand orders and counting, with a 4.9-star rating from buyers who keep coming back.
